Daisy's started the way the best things do — with one recipe, one tiny kitchen, and someone who wouldn't stop tinkering. We chose 15 Queens Quay East because the waterfront is the part of Toronto we love most. The breeze off the lake, Sugar Beach to one side, the ferry terminal to the other, and tens of thousands of people walking by who deserve a better cookie.
We believe in butter. Real butter. Single-origin chocolate. Flour from Canadian mills. Eggs from Ontario farms. And hand-rolling every cookie, because machines can't feel dough — and dough should be felt.
